Congratulations - You should now have a 'clean' machine.
Keep it that way - Update and run the programs EVERY WEEK.
Just a bit of tidying up left to do - Delete the installation .exe files (we are finished with them now).
In order to keep your desktop tidy make a new desktop folder and call it 'Once a week', and put the 3 program launch icons in it.
